Yay! You have a new builder! Getting them started well is the most important part of your job. We want them to get going quickly, while they ae still excited!

IF they are a new member as well as a new builder, be sure to onboard them as a member AND a builder. I tell people I will be sending TWO emails – one as a member (get them to LOVE the products) and a builder (get their training started). Find the “Product Start” here.

 

Here is a plan for helping builders get started.

The initial meeting is to help you get to know them better and you’ll find questions embedded in the email. It’s helpful to know if they have big goals or little ones. Both are good, it just helps you gauge where they want to go with the business.

The next email taps them into the business training.

Be sure you are meeting with them regularly. I prefer to set up a weekly session at the same time each week for the first 2-3 months to keep them going.

Once they are comfortable, I just keep myself available for when they want/need help.
