Family (hubby, kids, pets, plants): I am lucky to have married a great guy back at the turn of the century. We acquired our practice child, a Boston terrier named Lois, in 2003. Christopher and I then decided we could manage being parents and are currently raising two beautiful daughters who keep us very busy!
Furbabies: A Boston terrier named Lois.
Favorite oil and how you use it: I have so many oils I use throughout the day, but my favorite one is the one I start my day with … Lemon essential oil. I move my diffuser from my nightstand into the bathroom each morning so that I can feel alert and ready to face the day! I even travel with my diffuser!
Hobbies: I practice yoga throughout the week, both at home and at a studio. I also teach a Yoga Calm® class for children in my community. I love playing golf but don’t often get the chance. Tennis, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are all hobbies I dabble in. I always intend to do them more often, but like I said earlier, our daughters keep us pretty busy!
