This week I am carrying forward my no electronics after 10 rule, eating home cooked dinner 5/7 days and as a new challenge I am going to dare to dream big and share my dream with my mentors.
This week, I will continue doing the things from the first 2 weeks: using my oils every day and waking 10,000 steps per day. I will also add doing yoga at least 3 times this week.
This week, I will stick to my sugar detox diet, and I did meal planning last night. I will eat the meals I planned for the week, and continue to drink lots of water with my oils each day! Week three is going to be another week of success!
This week I am going to continue my week #1 challenge – my gratitude journal. I am also getting back on my Isagenix program that I have been slacking on for the last couple of weeks. Which will incorporate the week #2 challenge – drink more water. I got this!!!
This week I will continue no techie items after 10.
I will bring lunch to work everyday instead of eating out .
Continue not to drink pop.
Lights out at 10:30 at least 3 nights.
This week I will continue will the week 1 and 2 (8-10 glasses of water everyday, shutting my electronics down by 10 PM each night) and I will commit to 10 minutes each day to take time to reflect and be thankful through meditation.
This week I am going to get up EARLY and walk on the treadmill twice.

I commit to extending my 3 day (plus class) at home yoga/stretching to 6 days. My massage therapist gently suggested that would be a wonderful idea…!

Still trying. Took 15 minutes to call a friend and it took 36 minutes–it was great!!!
