Here is the recipe for my grounding roller I shared in the podcast:

In a 10ml, glass roller container:

  • Fill ¾ full with carrier oil (any liquid, food-grade, vegetable oil)
  • 8 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce
  • 8 drops Young Living Sacred Mountain
  • 8 drops Young Living Valor
  • You can also add crystals: My fave is hematite crystals.
