Best Place to Start:

If you focus on three things to begin with, you can clean out a pretty big portion of the toxins from your home:

1. Household Cleaners: It probably doesn’t come as a shock to you that your everyday, household cleaners could be an issue. 🙂 In fact, they can be a huge problem, both with breathing them in and getting them on your skin – we absorb pretty much everything we put on our skin into our bodies. Luckily, Young Living has an all in one solution that will actually SAVE YOU MONEY! Yes, please!

2. Laundry Room: Your laundry room has a whole slew of issues for you, which we talk more about in the podcast episode. Get rid of the fabric softeners, dryer sheets and whitening laundry detergents. Use dryer balls and Young Living Laundry Soap to make your clothes safer for you and your family.

3. Air Fresheners & Candles: Super problemetic are the plugins and spray fresheners and candles, especially scented ones. (There is a reason you may feel headachey as you pass a candle store.) Replace them with a diffuser and some truly, high-grade essential oils and now you are not only NOT harming your body and mind, your air fresheners are actually beneficial.

And that is a GREAT start. Once you get through these areas, begin to move into your personal care products. We can help you figure out where to begin there!

A concentrated liquid that you mix in a spray bottle with water and use on everything.  We use it on kitchen counters, floors, toilets and windows. That means you can declutter under the sink!

Because it’s a concentrate, you just ad a capful or two into a spray bottle and then water, it’s about a dollar a bottle – hard to beat with any other cleaner on the market!

And if you have little ones who crawl across the floor after washing it and then put their fingers in the mouth? No problem! Same with your pets.

With a plant-based formula, Thieves Laundry Soap gently and naturally washes your clothes, cleaning them without any chemical or synthetic residue. We added this here because washing dishes is a particularly problemmatic time to be using unsafe materials – your hands are warm so pores open allowing even more of the toxins into your body and bloodstream.

Our fruits and vegetables are not as clean as we would like to hope! Pesticides run rampant in our soil and air, so we wash all of our produce — even organic!
